“I think the way Nicholls Group handled my request for a solar system from Sales to installation could not have been better they did everything as they said, very very professional. The installers came in the morning and they were finish within 3 hours then they clean their mess and left the place very tidy and explained what will will happen next. “We had several installers visit us and provide quotes. All of them used heavy sales tactics and bagged the other installers and their choice of panels or inverters, so just confused us more than anything. I did my own research on whirlpool forums and came up with the panels and system I wanted. Nicholls did not pressure us, and actually suggested options to cut down costs that no other installer had suggested. They were also very patient with us as we took a while to decide on the system and pay the deposit. They continued to provide us with excellent service and support throughout.”
