Project planning and approvals

Every turnkey project we deliver starts with planning. Nicholls Construction Group takes a site from planning and approvals through civil works and infrastructure to the initial building and operational handover, so the job is planned by the same team that builds it.

Most of our more than 40 years in construction has been spent on concrete batching facilities and industrial sites. Our project records show how those sites go together: early works and excavation, in-ground storage, tunnels and pits, structures, and finally the pavements trucks run on.

A typical project is valued at $5M–$20M, with an average turnaround of about 12 months, across NSW and QLD.
