Nicholls Construction Group manages its own projects. We have multiple project managers and enough equipment to run several jobs at once, which also lets us fit smaller jobs in between our major projects.
Our focus is turnkey work: we take a site from planning and approvals through civil works and infrastructure to the initial building and operational handover. A typical project is valued at $5M–$20M, with an average turnaround of about 12 months.
Our project records show what that coordination looks like on site: excavation, ground bin panels and tilt panels lifted in by crane, slab pours, steel erection and pavements, on concrete plant and industrial sites in NSW and QLD.
